- We do not offer refunds. All the sales are final. However , we understand that your satisfaction is important & we offer an exchange policy for non-refundable jewellery items.
- We Only offer exchange if they are defective or damaged.
- Exchange will be generated once we receive the return order
- We don’t offer exchange for change of mind.
- If You need an exchange please send us an email at support@jayabisht.com. Mention there all the details like order no, contents, its price etc.
- Returns must be unused , unaltered , undamaged , accompanied with their original packaging & it should reach us within 10 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
- Please Note for exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Earrings can’t be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- While receiving the parcel, you need to make a parcel opening video in the presence of the delivery agent so that you can claim a exchange of the item {if it comes damaged}.
