Return & Exchange
- We do not offer returns or refunds for any reason. All the sales are final. However , we understand that your satisfaction is important & we offer an exchange policy for non-refundable jewellery items.
- We Only offer exchange if they are defective or an item that doesn’t match your order.
- Exchange will be generated once we receive the return order.
- Please Note – We don’t offer exchange for change of mind.
- If You need an exchange please send us an email at support@jayabisht.com. Mention there all the details like order no, reason of the exchange, proper video & photo within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Exchange items must be unused , unaltered , undamaged , accompanied with their original packaging & you should reach us within 2 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
- While receiving the parcel, you need to make a parcel opening video with clear visibility of our brand sticker so that you can claim an exchange for the item {if it comes damaged or doesn’t match your order}.
